The reason that the things change is because of different
albedos. The asphalt and grass changes because of the grass absorbs to much
water which causes a higher albedo, and the asphalt doesn't really absorb the
energy it reflects it. The Percent transmission and the AOT change because of
the weather and the sunlight that is coming through.
